Welcome to Outdoor Furniture Staffs. We are a family based firm in Milton, Staffordshire that has over 27 years experience in hand making garden furniture for the public and commercial venues.

As a company, we are unique within the market.

We purposely design, manufacture and deliver all of our outdoor furniture directly from our Staffordshire factory across the UK. This enables us to offer phenomenal customer support, plus our talented engineers are constantly driven to ensure the high standard of quality for each and every customer order.

Fast nationwide delivery

Although based in Stoke-on-Trent, we offer delivery to all over the country as well as Wales and parts of Scotland. We aim to deliver within 7-14 working days. After you have placed your order we will contact you to arrange suitable time and day for delivery.

Drivers delivering 6 days a week

Our dedicated office team is available to arrange delivery at your convenience. We use our own drivers and delivery vehicles that operate 6 days a week, to ensure your order is delivered on time.

Handcrafted & final quality inspection

Once each handcrafted item has been completed, an experienced member of our quality control team inspects before every order is approved to be sent out for delivery.

Do we need to treat the wood/What with?

We advise using a good-quality wood preservative suitable for softwood to help protect your furniture and maintain its appearance. Avoid oil-based treatments, varnishes or creosote, as these are not suitable for our timber.

How does delivery work?

Once your order has been received, we'll contact you within a few working days to arrange delivery on a date that's convenient for you. Most orders are delivered within 14 days, and because we arrange delivery personally, you'll know exactly when to expect your furniture.

Does the furniture arrive fully assembled?

Yes. All of our furniture is delivered fully assembled, so there's no flat-pack, no missing parts and no complicated instructions. Simply position it in your garden and enjoy.

Does the furniture need to be covered?

Our furniture is built from pressure-treated timber and is designed for year-round outdoor use. While a cover isn't essential, using one during prolonged periods of bad weather or over winter will help keep your furniture cleaner and looking its best for longer.

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery to most areas of mainland England and Wales. If you live in a remote location, Scottish Highlands or offshore area, please get in touch before ordering and we'll be happy to confirm if any additional delivery charge applies.
