At Outdoor Furniture Staffordshire, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returning Your Order

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Not have been painted, stained, treated or modified in any way.
• Be returned with all original parts and accessories.
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our workshop. However, if your order arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault, or you believe there is an issue with your furniture, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will:

• Repair the item.
• Replace any faulty or damaged components.
• Replace the entire product if necessary.

There will be no charge for repairs or replacements where the issue is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing fault or damage that occurred before or during delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product and a brief description of the problem.

Natural Timber

As our furniture is handcrafted from natural timber, variations in grain, colour, knots and minor movement are normal characteristics of wood and are not considered manufacturing defects. These natural features make every piece unique.
